Eh, If i have a drawing that isn't pencil work, because it's colored, and isn't an art trade, but is OC-related, do I just submit to Featured?

Heyy I have a question, do we just submit our works to the Feature folder? because I clicked on the other folders and there isn't a button there saying that it allows submissions X3
